Please follow these instructions to order NRRTS Education.
You will need
USER NAME and PASSWORD (contact Amy Odom if you do not know these)
To change your password:
Log In
You’ll be in the Learning Portal
Go to Account Details>You will see a field that allows you to change your password>Save changes
To order Education (our system is not compatible with Internet Explorer or Edge. Use Chrome)
Login with your user name and password
Go to “Course Library” in top right menu
Use dropdown to sort> On Demand, CEU Articles, Upcoming Webinars
Click “View Webinar Details”>Click “Take Course”>Click “Add to Cart”
Choose “Continue Shopping” to add multiple courses
Choose “Proceed to checkout”
Click “Place Order”
You will receive an invoice by email after you submit the order.
Other information
For Upcoming Webinars: you will receive a link in the invoice when you order. Click on the link and enter your name and email. This will provide you with automated reminders and give you an option to add this webinar to your calendar.
After the live webinar, you will return to the NRRTS Learning Portal to take the quiz.

- Go to Enrolled Courses>Click the title>Click on Quiz>Complete the quiz.
- Your certificate is generated when you choose “Click to Continue” You must score 80% to pass. You have 3 attempts.
To take the On-Demand courses or Articles – Use Chrome.

- Go to Enrolled Courses>Click the title>Click the title again to see the video
- Watch the video or choose “Materials” to download the PDF article.
- The quiz will appear automatically under the video when the video has ended.
- Take the quiz. Review your answers if needed. You have 3 attempts to pass.
- Your certificate is generated when you choose “Click to Continue”
Your certificates are located in the portal once you’ve completed the courses.
