The Ontario Government Assistive Devices Program funding policies and procedures can be found to be complex and the system challenging to navigate. As one of the primary roles of an ADP registered vendor is to assist authorizers and guide clients/families through this process it is important that vendor representatives have complete and up to date knowledge. This webinar will provide a review of the fundamental policies and highlight current trends. These will include roles and responsibilities of the vendor, understanding eligibility criteria for devices, and what to expect from audits.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Participants will list 3 roles of the ADP authorized vendor
2. Participants will list 3 eligibilities for funding criteria
3. Participants will identify what is involved in the “approval” process
