The objective of the Code of Ethics and Conduct training is to provide all employees the understanding of the rules designed to protect the employees, stakeholders and others and to operate the business at the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Understanding and compliance with this code is a condition of each employee’s employment with the Company and Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
