Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) is in force to protect Canadians from spam and malware involving any means of telecommunications. All employees of durable medical equipment companies have the responsibility to act in compliance with this legislation. This training discusses what is considered a Commercial Electronic Message (CEM) and what is exempt and what required information must be in all CEMs. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com.
